Thresholds is committed to reducing systematic barriers that impact our communities’ access to care. This work includes holding the highest standard of both housing and anti-oppressive programming. It also means that our work is driven from the perspective of client empowerment and cultural safety. Through this process we are constantly seeking ways to advocate for our community, resist practices and structures of oppression and stand in solidarity with equity deserving communities.
The purpose of this page is to promote partner agencies, resources and tools that help to break down the barriers that damage the fabric of our community.
